Our Brookfield vineyard is under transition to organic, this year we are experimenting with permaculture techniques and alternate cover crops that are both decorative and edible! Tours are given of the organic vineyard in summer month. Bring your curiosity and questions about organic farming and how this can apply to your own lawn and gardens. Mark is accredited by NOFA, the North East Organic Farming Association and is an Organic Lawncare Accredited Professional.
Our Estate Grape Varieties We Grow:
White: Seyval Blanc, Vidal Blanc, LaCross, Niagara, Elvira, and Catawba
Reds: St. Croix, Frontenac, Leon Millot
Our Affiliate Vineyards: These we manage or tenant farm, some we use the juice from as well. St Croix, Geneva Red, Osceola Muscat, and Reliant table grape, and some others in smaller quantities that would not have juice we can use. Some sites are organic and some are traditional.
