Cousins Maine Lobster at DiGrazia Vineyards: Sunday, March 29, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Modern Calligraphy: Join TS Calligraphy and Sip & Script at DiGrazia Vineyards for calligraphy and wine! In this workshop, you’ll be learning an introduction to modern calligraphy with a pointed dip pen and ink. Class includes 1.5 hours of instruction and demonstration, a beginner’s calligraphy kit (two nibs, black ink pot, two letter guides, tracing paper and straight pen holder), a glass of wine and all Paper Source writing materials. Everything is yours to keep at the end of the night!

Our Brookfield vineyard is under transition to organic, under USDA Standards. Pruning will start early this year, as the cold weather has hardened off the canes already, and who knows what the winter will bring? Heavy snows can make for delays in pruning due to mobility issues. Tours are given of the organic vineyard throughout the day. Bring your curiosity and questions about organic farming and how this can apply to your own lawn and gardens. Mark is accredited by NOFA, the North East Organic Farming Association.
Our Estate Grape Varieties We Grow:
White: Seyval Blanc, Vidal Blanc, LaCross, Niagara, Elvira, Catawba and Itasca
Reds: St. Croix, Frontenac, Leon Millot
Our Affiliate Vineyards: These we manage or tenant farm, some we use the juice from as well. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, St. Vincent, Noiret, Geneva Red, Osceola Muscat, and Reliant table grape, and some others in smaller quantities that would not have juice we can use. Some sites are organic and some are traditional. There are six geographic locations. Only Brookfield is open to the public. Some of the sites are for hobby, some are commercial, but all have unique growing characteristics that benefit particular varieties. Right Plant ,Right Place. The more varieties you grow, the more your experience grows. We've been growing since 1978.
